end the cynicism pls. #itsmorefuninthephilippines

Been seeing a lot of ads of the recently launched slogan of DOT

in my opinion i think its fresh, even though there were some critics saying that it was, again, copied. booo!

Our secretary Ramon Jimenez was fast and witty to say that,

just followed him, btw.

I concur. That is the truth about our country. It is so blessed.

If my credibility isnt enough, look at a few of my personal pics below.

She's a beauty right?

It will be awesome for our economy to have tourists all over the place.  innit?

and thankfully one visitor seem to think the same too.

The problem is, the Filipinos are usually the first ones to fuck up something like this.

uuuhh..I wanted to write about this in a positive light until i saw a certain site.

http://itsmorefuninthephils.com/

They said:

"Welcome!
This is a satire blog in response to the slightly misleading campaign of the Philippines’ Department of Tourism. While we are not stopping anyone from visiting the Philippines, we want to let everyone know what are the actual things that they may encounter here.
If you do not have a sense of humor, cannot understand sarcasm, or are simply too sensitive for these posts, please leave this site now and do not come back."

I want to believe that the Filipinos are just fun loving. one that can laugh at their own mistakes without offense to anybody or anyone.

is this something to be laughed at?

This blog, this satire blog, laughs at tragedy.  And not all Filipinos are like these.

I dont have any right to judge those guys who put up this site but i can voice out my opinion that although whats being said here is true, there is nothing wrong about being sensitive to these kind of things.

we can make fun of the slogan all we want without losing our empathy to the victims of this tragedy.

like this one:

and surely this one.
